P90X Day 5
So I recently decided that I was tired of being a overweight, I weighed in at my heaviest ever when I came home from my cruise. My clothes were getting tighter and I was searching for my biggest shirts and shorts. While I am not obese, I am just over a healthy body weigh for my height by 20 pounds. Saying all this, I decided to start P90X, and man can I already tell the difference. The only bad part is, I am sore constantly, but that also means its working. Today, I Legs and back, the workout was somewhat hard, but I was able to push through. I am not giving up on this, like Tony Horton always says, “Just keep pushing play!” Not going to lie, I am going to mute him in 2 weeks once I am more familiar with the workouts, he can get very annoying. I am glad that I made this decision and I can’t wait to start really seeing the results. The biggest thing I can already tell is I stand up and walk much straighter now and I feel “better” all the time now. I am still trying adjust to the diet, I am a somewhat picky eater so I am adapting the diet to fit my tastes.
If anyone has advice for me I would appreciate it!
